Aha

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

By using Aha, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

What Aha is

Aha helps you think through a decision by asking guided questions and reflecting your own answers back to you, using AI to generate questions and results.

Aha is a thinking tool, not a professional advisor. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and its responses are generated by AI — they can be wrong or incomplete. For anything serious, please use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional.

Who can use Aha

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Aha.

Your content

You're responsible for what you share with Aha. Don't use Aha to plan or facilitate harm to yourself or others, or for anything illegal. We may decline to process requests that raise these concerns.

AI-generated content

Questions, results, and any text Aha generates are produced by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your situation. Aha reflects patterns in your own answers back to you — it does not make decisions for you, and you remain responsible for the choices you make.

No warranty

Aha is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its suggestions will lead to any particular outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aha and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on its output.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may update Aha or these terms over time. If a change is significant, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
